Welcome to Stoller Farms, a thoughtfully planned neighborhood in Portland’s Bethany area at West Union and Laidlaw Roads. Once a ninety-year-old family farm, in 1995 the land was transformed into a vibrant community of single-family homes. With its preserved rural character, park-like setting, and direct access to the Tualatin Valley trails, Stoller Farms offers the perfect blend of history, nature, and modern living.

Connected to the Tualatin Valley recreational "power line park" trails, Stoller Farms is a mile from the shops, restaurants, athletic clubs, doctor's offices, and more available at Bethany Village and West Union Village. Scenic Claremont Public Golf Course is adjacent to the South greenspace of our neighborhood making it not only a terrific place to enjoy the outdoors but a lovely lush greenspace we all can enjoy.

Stoller Farms Neighborhood Homeowners Association

Phase 2 has a fully functioning HOA board and Architectural Control Committee that oversees the ongoing implementation of the Covenants, Codes and Restrictions, By-laws, and ACC Guidelines adopted by the community upon its establishment. The goal of the HOA is to not only do our part to help maintain and support our communities real estate property values but foster a culture that honors and respects all of its members with equity and inclusion.
