Stoller Farms Neighborhood is located in the Bethany area of Portland, OR at the corner of West Union and Laidlaw Roads. In 1995 this ninety-year-old chicken farm is rich in history and still resided in by the Stoller family. Transformed into a planned community of single-family homes, the rural environment is preserved, providing the area with a park-like setting along the Tualatin Valley trails.
Connected to the Tualatin Valley recreational "power line park" trails, Stoller Farms is a mile from the shops, restaurants, athletic clubs, doctor's offices, and more available at Bethany Village. Scenic Claremont Public Golf Course is adjacent to the South greenspace of our neighborhood making it not only a terrific place to enjoy the outdoors but a lovely lush greenspace we all can enjoy.
Phase 2 has a fully functioning HOA board and Architectural Control Committee that oversees the ongoing implementation of the Covenants, Codes and Restrictions, By-laws, and ACC Guidelines adopted by the community upon its establishment. The goal of the HOA is to not only do our part to help maintain and support our communities real estate property values but foster a culture that honors and respects all of its members with equity and inclusion.
